Egentify’s AI agent answers shopper questions on your storefront. Connecting Stamped lets it answer the ones about fit, quality, and durability from your published Stamped reviews, and show star ratings on the products it recommends. For what the agent does with review data and how connections are verified, see the reviews overview.

What you need

Three values from Stamped, all found under Settings > Review Integrations > API Keys:
Stamped requires a Professional or Enterprise plan for API access. This is a Stamped requirement, not an Egentify one.

Connect Stamped

1

Turn Stamped on

In your Egentify dashboard, go to Store Settings > Integrations and toggle Stamped on.
2

Enter all three values

Fill in Store Hash, Public API Key, and Private API Key, then save.
3

Verify

Click Verify connection. The card reads Credentials are saved when you are ready to verify.
Only one review provider can be enabled per store. If you are moving to Stamped from another provider, turn the old one off before saving, or the save is rejected.

What is specific to Stamped

Card stars and quoted ratings can differ slightly. Stamped calculates the average shown on a product card from published reviews only, while the figure the agent states in conversation is drawn from your full review set. The two can disagree by a small margin, and both are correct. Merchant replies are included, so the agent can see your responses to reviews and is instructed to distinguish them from customer opinions.

When something goes wrong

“Stamped rejected the API credentials.” One of the three values is wrong, or your Stamped plan does not include API access. “Stamped could not find that store hash.” Copy the store hash again from Settings > Review Integrations > API Keys. “Save the Stamped store hash, public API key, and private API key first.” All three must be saved before verification runs.
Editing any of the three values clears the verified status, and so does a failed re-verify. Reviews stop being used until a check passes again.
