Egentify’s AI agent answers shopper questions on your storefront. Connecting Judge.me lets it answer the ones about fit, quality, and durability from your published Judge.me reviews, and show star ratings on the products it recommends. For what the agent does with review data and how connections are verified, see the reviews overview.

What you need

Your shop domain and your Judge.me private API token, found under Settings > General in Judge.me.
Use the private token, not the public one. The public token only opens Judge.me’s widget API and will fail verification.

Connect Judge.me

1

Turn Judge.me on

In your Egentify dashboard, go to Store Settings > Integrations and toggle Judge.me on.
2

Enter your domain and token

Fill in Shop Domain with your your-store.myshopify.com address, paste your token into Private API Token, then save. The token is stored encrypted.
3

Verify

Click Verify connection.
Only one review provider can be enabled per store. If you are moving to Judge.me from another provider, turn the old one off before saving, or the save is rejected.

What is specific to Judge.me

Your replies to reviews are not available. Judge.me does not return merchant replies through its API, so the agent can quote what customers wrote but never your response to them. Every other supported provider does return replies.

When something goes wrong

“Judge.me rejected the shop domain or API token.” Check that you used the private token and that the shop domain matches the store registered in Judge.me. “Save the Judge.me shop domain and API token first.” Both must be saved before verification runs.
Editing the domain or token clears the verified status, and so does a failed re-verify. Reviews stop being used until a check passes again.
