03 Does Gorgias have AI voice support?

No. Gorgias offers a Voice product for routing phone calls to human agents, but their AI Agent is text-only. It auto-resolves chat and email, not phone calls. Egentify includes a true voice AI agent on Growth ($149/mo, 100 minutes) and Scale ($399/mo, 500 minutes). The AI takes calls, looks up orders, and processes refunds on the phone the same way the chat AI does in text.

04 Can I migrate from Gorgias to egentify?

Yes. Install egentify on your Shopify or WooCommerce store, point your support email forwarding to your egentify address, and configure your AI agent. There's no required data import. Egentify reads your products, orders, and policies live from the storefront. Most teams run both side-by-side for a week, then turn off Gorgias.
