What the AI accesses

Yes. egentify supports Shopify Plus including Shopify Markets, multi-currency, and B2B catalogs. SSO and dedicated infrastructure are available on Enterprise plans for Plus merchants.
Read access to products, customers, orders, fulfillments, and shop policies. Write access to refunds and draft orders (so the AI can take real action). We don't request app subscription, files, or theme write scopes.
Yes. The AI submits real refund requests via the Shopify Admin API. You set the threshold. Refunds under that limit auto-process. Anything above escalates to your team for one-click approval.
No. The chat widget is loaded lazily as a separate iframe and never blocks your storefront's main thread. The widget script is ~12KB gzipped and async-loaded.
Yes. egentify is read-and-act through the Shopify API, so it doesn't conflict with your existing apps. We work alongside Klaviyo, Loop Returns, ReCharge, Judge.me, and most Shopify ecosystem apps.
