See Who Changed What with the Egentify Audit Log - Egentify

The Audit Log shows who did what across your Egentify organization, including team changes, settings, refunds, and integrations. Owners and admins can open it from Audit Log in the dashboard sidebar.

Finding an event

Filter the list by event category, by store, or by who did it: a team member, a customer, the AI, the system, an integration, or Egentify staff. Click an event to see its details.

If your stores are on different plans, your organization gets the highest plan’s history and export.
